This dish is so easy to make! Ingredients:
4 (4 oz.) skinless, boneless chicken breast |
1/2 cup of ketchup |
3 tbs. brown sugar |
2 tbs. white vinegar |
2 tbs. lite teriyaki sauce |
1 tsp. dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, teriyaki sauce and dry mustard. 3. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with a non-stick spray 4. Put 1/2 of the sauce into the bottom of the dish 5. Place the chicken breasts on top of the sauce 6. Cover the chicken with the remaining sauce 7. Bake uncovered for 40 mins, or until the chicken is done 8. This is also good on top of rice served with a side vegatable. |
