easy low fat cookie Ingredients:
1 cup wholewheat flour |
1 tsp. baking powder |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
1/ tsp. baking soda |
1/ tsp, salt |
1 cup packed bown sugar |
1/4 cup fat free vanilla yogurt |
2 tbls. corn oil |
1 large egg |
1 tsp, vanilla |
1 1/2c ups old fashion rolled oats |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees cover cookie sheets with parchment paper 2. Combined flour,baking powder,cinnamon and baking soda and salt nto small bowl Combined brown sugar yogurt oil egg and vanilla in large bowl add flor mixture stir l well. 3. Stir in oats and raisins drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on cookie sheets Bake 10-12 minutes till lightly brown {DO NOT OVERBAKE} fter done slide cokies onto parchment paper to cool on counter top |
