Ingredients:
1/2 cup lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt |
1/4 cup chilled triple-strength green tea |
1 tablespoon honey, plus more for garnish |
1 cup ice |
dash ground nutmeg |
dash ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into individual glasses and drizzle honey on top of each milkshake to finish. |
