These are great low-fat fudge pops!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cups fat-free evaporated milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Whisk sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth. Pour the mixture into 8 ice pop molds, insert sticks or handles, and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
