Goes great with potato salad, corn, rolls
Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)
4 cups of water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbs. kitchen bouquet (if you like a dark gravy)
salt, pepper, and creole seasoning to taste
Directions:
1. Brown chicken and remove.
2. add soups, water, bouillon cubes, water and kitchen bouquet
3. stir well
4. add seasonings, don't add too much salt at first, you can adjust later
5. bring to a boil
6. cover and simmer 45 mins
7. serve over rice
8. enjoy!
