A simple lowfat dessert that tastes great after any meal.Great as a snack too! Ingredients:
3 champagne or wine glasses |
1 pint meijer's brand lowfat vanilla yogurt |
organic strawberries,blueberries,and blackberries |
3 nature made brand strawberry yogurt-bottomed granola bars |
Directions:
1. Rinse fruit and place 1/2 sliced strawberry,1 blueberry and 1 blackberry in the bottom of a champagne glass. 2. Top with yogurt. 3. Add crumbled pieces of granola bar. 4. Add more fruit,then yogurt,then more granola. 5. Keep layering to the top. 6. Chiil until ready to serve. 7. **Makes more than 3,I just serve 3 for my family** 8. 3.5 grams of fat per granola bar 9. 2.5 grams of fat per 1 C.yogurt |
