I saw this recipe on e-diets, but couldn't find it again when I wanted to print it out. So it probably isn't exact - but it tasted good this way, anyway! A quick recipe - my prep time includes time to boil the macaroni. Ingredients:
2/3 cup cooked macaroni noodles |
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup low-fat small-curd cottage cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cook macaroni noodles; drain. 3. Mix macaroni, cottage cheese, and cheddar cheese together in oven-proof bowl. 4. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes. 5. Makes 2 servings. Enjoy! |
