As a bit of a foodie, I'm almost a little embarrassed posting this because it is made from Tang and Cool Whip. But it's really good on a hot summer day, and it's easy to make. You can use a graham cracker crust if you prefer. Ingredients:
2 chocolate cookie pie crust |
16 ounces fat-free cool whip |
1/2 cup tang orange crystals |
1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk |
16 ounces reduced-fat sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix Cool Whip and Tang in a bowl. 2. Mix sour cream and condensed milk in another bowl. 3. Fold sour cream mixture into Cool Whip mixture. 4. Pour into pie crusts. 5. Freeze. |
