Lower Fat Cheeseburger Pie |

Love the idea of this simple dish, but not all the fat and calories so I tweaked it to be able to enjoy with out the guilt. Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1 large onion, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup kraft low fat shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup bisquick reduced fat baking mix |
1 cup skim milk |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400°F 2. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. 3. In 10-inch skillet, cook ground turkey and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until ground turkey is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. 4. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate. 5. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
