This is taken from Cooking Light - the Pan-Seared Cod with Basil Sauce recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
1/4 cup fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese, grated
4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Serve over fish, chicken, rice, vegetables. It's yummy and good for you!
