This is taken from Cooking Light - the Pan-Seared Cod with Basil Sauce recipe Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh basil, minced |
1/4 cup fat-free low-sodium chicken broth |
2 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese, grated |
4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Serve over fish, chicken, rice, vegetables. It's yummy and good for you! |
