This make a big, full 9x13 pan. Not too sweet but yummy! Ingredients:
6 cups rolled oats (quick or regular) |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup sugar substitute (like splenda) |
4 teaspoons cinnamon |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
4 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 cups milk (can substitute, soy, rice, etc.) |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. In a large bowl mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. 3. In a separate bowl beat eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. 4. Mix all together. 5. Spread into a greased 9x13 inch pan or baking dish. 6. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until firm to touch. 7. *You can add a cup of raisins or dried cranberries if you like. |
