Can reduce calories even further if using reduced fat graham cracker crust. Ingredients:
4 ounces fat free cream cheese |
1 tablespoon 1% milk |
1 tablespoon splenda granular |
1 1/2 cups fat-free whipped topping |
1 cup 1% milk |
2 4/5 oz fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix |
14 1/2 ounce pumpkin |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
1/4 teaspoon cloves |
1 1/2 cups golden graham cereal, crushed |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/3 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Use last three ingredients to make graham cracker crust, by combining...spreading in bottom of springform pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes, let cool. 2. Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar in a bowl until blended. 3. Gently stir in whipped topping. 4. Spread on bottom of piecrust. 5. Pour 1 cup milk into a bowl add pudding. 6. Beat until blended. 7. Stir in pumpkin and spices until blended. 8. Spread over the cream cheese mixture. 9. Chill. |
