My Regular Banana Bread Make with light butter and Splenda Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups splenda sugar substitute |
2/3 cup light butter, softened |
2 eggs, well beaten |
3 bananas, mashed |
2 cups sifted flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 cup walnuts |
Directions:
1. Beat Splenda and butter together and smooth. 2. Add eggs and bananas, mix well. 3. Sift together flour soda and salt. Add to banana mixture. Mix well. 4. Fold in walnuts. 5. Pour into greased bundt pan. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. |
