8 oz light cream cheese |
1/2 cup light sour cream |
16 oz frozen spinach, defrosted and pressed dry |
1 cup skim milk |
1 can artichoke hearts, quartered, drained, marinated in vinegar |
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzerella |
1/3 cup shredded mozzerella |
1/3 cup shredded paremesan |
2 cloves garlic, made into a fine paste |
Directions:
1. mix, bake till bubbly, add only as much milk as needed (personal recipe) |
