Ingredients:
9 cups water |
1/3 cup old bay seasoning |
1 pound small round red potatoes |
1 head garlic, separated into cloves and peeled |
4 ears fresh yellow corn, halved |
1/2 pound reduced-fat smoked sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces |
1 pound unpeeled large fresh shrimp |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered, 16 minutes. Add corn and sausage; cook 5 minutes. Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove vegetables, sausage, and shrimp to a serving platter; discard cooking liquid. Sprinkle vegetables, sausage, and shrimp with salt, pepper, and parsley; toss well. |
