Low Sugar Sweet Potato Souffle |

Friendlier sweet potato recipe. Ingredients:
3 cups sweet potatoes (fresh or canned) |
4 eggs |
1 cup splenda granular |
1 cup margarine (2 sticks) or 1 cup butter, softened (2 sticks) |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend |
1/2 cup flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Blend first 3 ingredients, 1 stick of margarine or buttter, and vanilla until smooth. 3. Place in casserole dish. 4. Blend last 3 ingredients and 1 stick of margarine or butter. 5. Put on top of sweet potato mixture. 6. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. |
