Great recipe for those who want less sugar in their diet, as it contains Splenda Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 1/4 cups skim milk |
1/4 cup splenda granular or 1/4 cup caster sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 tablespoons light maple syrup |
1 tablespoon golden syrup |
1 tablespoon strawberry syrup |
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs. 2. Add milk, splenda and vanilla and mix well. 3. Mix syrups together and place 1 Tbsp in the bottom of 4 ramekins or oven-proof cups. 4. Pour custard mixture gently into each ramekin. 5. Place the ramekins in a pan and fill the pan with boiling water to within 2 cm of the top of each ramekin. 6. Bake at 180 degrees C for 35-50 minutes. |
