Low Sodium Red Salad Dressing |

This is a like a red french dressing with a very low sodium content. If you like french dressing this tastes great. I got this recipe from a cook at Indian Lake school and changed a couple things to lower the sodium. Ingredients:
3/4 cup canola oil |
1/2 cup white vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup no salt ketchup (i use heinz 5 mg sodium per tablespoon) |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a pint container with a lid and shake to mix. Refrigerate. |
