This is my way around those few extra calories when I want cinnimon toast. It actually tastes better if you ask me and EASY!! Ingredients:
1 slice whole wheat bread |
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon |
2 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute |
1 tablespoon i can't believe it's not butter! spray (10-15 sprays) |
Directions:
1. Spray bread thoroughly with butter spray. 2. shake on cinnamon to taste. 3. cover toast with two packets of splenda and toast! |
