trying again with the low fat, chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients:
1/4 cup low-fat margarine
3/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cups brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. heat oven to 375F
2. cream margarine and brownsugar, add applesauce
3. mix in egg, milk, vanilla
4. in seperate bowl mix oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon
5. mix wet and dry together
6. add chocolate chips
7. bake for 10-12 mins, until brown on bottom, let cool for 5 mins then transfer to wire rack
