Easy and quick. One serving is 3/4 cup. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons instant coffee |
1 teaspoon sugar (to taste) |
2 ice cubes |
1/4 cup cold water |
1/3 cup chilled vanilla-flavored soymilk or 1/3 cup low-fat milk |
1 pinch cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine the instant coffee, sugar, ice cubes, and water in a cocktail shaker or wide-mouth jar with tight fitting lid. Secure lid and shake vigorously until frothy, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass, add the soy milk and stir to mix. Sprinkle the cinnamon and serve with a straw. |
