Awesome protien shake for after a workout! It tastes surprisingly sweet with no sugar. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crushed ice |
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder |
3 scoops stevia powder |
1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk |
2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter |
2 teaspoons chopped peanuts |
Directions:
1. 1. Get a blender or food processor and blend everything except the last ingredient. 2. 2. Sprinkle with the chopped peanuts! |
