Awesome protien shake for after a workout! It tastes surprisingly sweet with no sugar.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
3 scoops stevia powder
1/2 cup unsweetened soymilk
2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
2 teaspoons chopped peanuts
Directions:
1. 1. Get a blender or food processor and blend everything except the last ingredient.
2. 2. Sprinkle with the chopped peanuts!
