Think I got this one from Light & Tasty Magazine. Cooking time is refrigeration time. Ingredients:
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, worcestershire sauce and horseradish. 2. Stir in the onion powder, garlic powder and curry. 3. Cover and refriderate for at least one hour. 4. Serve with assorted vegetables. |
