3/4 cup plain low-fat (1 1/2%) yogurt |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon canned unsweetened pineapple juice |
2 tablespoons packed fresh mint leaves, washed well, spun dry, andĀ chopped fine |
Directions:
