Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup fat free milk
1 t. brown sugar , packed
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together. Let rest for 30 minutes. Pour onto hot griddle using 1/4 cup measuring cup.When air bubbles pop up,turn over once.
