If you are looking for healthy pancakes with flavor, this one is good. Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1/3 cup all purpose flour |
2/3 cup whole wheat flour |
3/4 cup fat free milk |
1 t. brown sugar , packed |
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
3 tsp. baking powder |
1/4 tsp. salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat griddle. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together. Let rest for 30 minutes. Pour onto hot griddle using 1/4 cup measuring cup.When air bubbles pop up,turn over once. |
