Low Fat Whole Wheat Crispy Belgian Waffles

A variation on some whole wheat waffles. The oatmeal and wheat bran help make the waffles crispy.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 splenda quick packs
3/4 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 egg white
2 tablespoons applesauce
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon oatmeal
1 tablespoon wheat bran
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Add wet ingredients and mix
3. Bake on waffle iron at a high setting.
