Low Fat Whole Wheat Crispy Belgian Waffles |

A variation on some whole wheat waffles. The oatmeal and wheat bran help make the waffles crispy. Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
2 splenda quick packs |
3/4 tablespoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk |
1 egg white |
2 tablespoons applesauce |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 tablespoon oatmeal |
1 tablespoon wheat bran |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. 2. Add wet ingredients and mix 3. Bake on waffle iron at a high setting. |
