My own version of Chicken Chili, again, very low fat and super tasty :) I put mine in the crock pot and forget it for a couple of hours, LOVE IT!! This could be the EASIEST recipe I have ever created :D Ingredients:
2lbs b/s chicken breast |
1 large jar of northern white beans, do not drain |
28oz can of diced tomatoes, drained |
16oz sour cream (i use ff) |
2tbsp minced garlic |
2oz shredded cheese (i used five italian cheese mix by kraft) |
1pkt chili seasoning (i use mccormick's hot) |
1 pkg spaghetti or pasta of your choice (this could be left out as well) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except spaghetti into slow cooker on high for 3hrs for frozen and adjust accordingly if using thawed chicken. 2. Cook pasta according to box directions, add to crock pot when ready to serve. I leave the crock pot on warm and it lasts perfectly all evening. |
