Waffle Batter using low fat, low cholesterol ingredients Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
4 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tbsp sugar |
1 tbsp applesauce |
4 egg whites |
2 cups skim milk |
Directions:
1. mix first four ingredients 2. add remaining ingredients. mix well. 3. pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet/waffle iron. |
