Another weight watcher's recipe. I even eat this when i'm not watching my weight because it's so good - doesn't taste diet at all. Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with onion and garlic |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can zucchini with italian-style tomato sauce |
1 (15 ounce) can sliced carrots |
1 (16 ounce) can new potatoes |
1 (14 ounce) can low-fat chicken broth or 1 (14 ounce) can fat free chicken broth |
Directions:
1. In a large sauce pan, combine together all ingredients. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. |
