I made this up so I could eat tuna (which is not one of my favorite foods unless it is slathered with mayo). The horseradish adds enough bite to cut the fishy flavor of the tuna. High in protein and low in fat - perfect for a weight loss diet! Ingredients:
12 oz light tuna , drained |
1 onion, chopped |
1 stalk celery, chopped |
1/4 bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 tsp parsley |
1/2 tsp garlic, chopped |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1/4 tsp horseradish |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients to taste (measurements of seasonings are estimations). 2. Eat with crackers or stuff in lettuce lined pita with light mayonnaise. |
