Nutritious alternative to tuna casserole Ingredients:
8 ounces whole wheat pasta |
1/2 cup olive oil mayonnaise |
3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk |
1 cup kraft 2% milk shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/2 onion, finely chopped |
4 ounces mushrooms |
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1 (8 ounce) can tuna in water, not drained |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles, drain well. Preheat oven 325. Mix all ingredients, reserve 1/2 cup cheese.Sprinkle reserved cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes. Serve hot. |
