An easy and guilt-free version of tartar sauce for fried seafood. Ingredients:
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1/2 onion, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
salt and ground black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine milk, mayonnaise, onion, and lemon juice in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend, about 1 hour, if desired. |
