As a diabetic I am always looking for ways to enjoy old comfort foods. Since I've discovered agave syrup life has been so sweet! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups skim milk |
1 1/2 cups agave syrup |
1/2 cup tapioca |
2 egg yolks |
2 1/2 cups cold water |
Directions:
1. soak tapioca over night in 2 1/2 cups cold water. 2. Drain tapioca and place in crock pot with milk and cook on high for 2 hours. 3. mix yolks and agave. 4. temper and add into crock 5. cook for 15 more. |
