I got this recipe from a nutritionist. It makes any plain salad come alive! Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise (i prefer hellman's) |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1/4 cup water |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 tablespoon mustard |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in plastic bowl. 2. Beat all together. 3. ENJOY! |
