Low-Fat Strawberry Butter

Ingredients:
1/2 lb strawberry, hulled
1/4 cup apple cider
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch cinnamon
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook until berries are soft. Drain, reserving the juices.
3. Place the berries in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
4. Pass through a fine strainer.
5. If too thick, add a few drops of reserved juices to thin.
