Low Fat Spinach And Artichoke Dip |

We have a local restraurant that makes this. I begged the recipe, then made it with fat free sour cream and fat free cream cheese. Ingredients:
2 cups shredded skim mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup fat free sour cream |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1 (14 oz) can chopped artichoke hearts, drained |
1 (8 oz) block fat free cream cheese |
1 (8 oz) block 1/3 less fat cream cheese |
1 cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed, drained (squeeze til all the water is out) |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. combine 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, sour cream, 2 tbsp parmesan and the rest of the ingredients (not chips). 3. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. 4. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. 5. Serve with chips |
