this is the basic vegan sandwich bread recipe. You can add additional igredients like flax seeds, sesame seed, sunflower seed, or walnuts in it after your bread machine rings. Ingredients:
500 g bread flour |
40 g potato starch |
16 g vegetable oil |
150 g rice milk |
115 g water |
13 g salt, optional |
10 g sugar |
15 g active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Put all the liquid ingredients in the bread machine. 2. Then drop the salt into the left corner. 3. Drop the sugar into the right corner. 4. Add the flour. Make a well in the center and add the active dry yeast. 5. Turn on the bread machine at basic and wait for your sandwich bread. 6. Once ready, allow to cool completely at room temperature before removing it from the bread machin. |
