yummy tasty treat Ingredients:
1 cup medium grain rice |
2 liters 1% low-fat milk |
2/3 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. combine milk and rice in a large pot. 2. turn on medium burner. 3. cook for 1 hour. 4. when its 2/3 to 3/4 done, add sugar. 5. after it has cooked for 1 hour, add vanilla. 6. while cooking, stir occasionally, especially towards the end. 7. all done! 8. note: i sprinkle a small amount of sugar into the milk and rice. |
