4 teaspoons olive oil |
2 teaspoons cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons splenda granular |
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram |
3/4 cup buttermilk |
3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt |
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons parsley, minced |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. 2. Whisk in buttermilk, yogurt and mayonnaise. 3. Stir in onion, parsley and garlic. 4. Cover and refrigerate overnight to thicken. 5. Whisk before serving. |
