Are you looking for EASY? I made up this dressing while dieting and it was WONDERFUL! Well here's an AWESOME recipe if you are looking for lo-cal or lo-fat or even Fat Free dressing! Ingredients:
4 tablespoons miracle whip light or 4 tablespoons low-fat sour cream or 4 tablespoons plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons ranch dip mix |
1 cup fresh spinach leaves |
2 -3 tablespoons skim milk |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in food processor and PROCESS! 2. If it's too thin add a little more Miracle Whip (or your original choice). 3. If too thick, add a touch more milk. 4. Toss with cut up veggies, pasta or on your salad. 5. Enjoy! |
