Great creamy dressing you can use on fruit salad or mixed greens. Add a bit more sugar if needed. Ingredients:
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise |
1/4 cup nonfat milk |
1/8 cup white sugar (or splenda) |
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon poppy seed |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together salad dressing, milk, sugar, vinegar, and poppy seeds. Chill until ready to use. |
