Great creamy dressing you can use on fruit salad or mixed greens. Add a bit more sugar if needed.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1/8 cup white sugar (or splenda)
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon poppy seed
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together salad dressing, milk, sugar, vinegar, and poppy seeds. Chill until ready to use.
