From the Weight Watchers message boards. Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can low-fat condensed cream of chicken soup |
1 cup low-fat sour cream |
1/2 cup diced onion |
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning |
4 ounces low-fat ritz crackers (about 20) |
2 tablespoons poppy seeds |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, diced onion and poultry seasoning in a baking dish. Crush Ritz crackers and combine with poppy seeds; sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 15-20 minutes until heated through. |
