Low Fat Orange Cranberry Loaf

I make the traditional version of this for Christmas to give out to friends and neighbors. I was so glad to find a lower fat version.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 egg whites
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup cranberries or 1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 orange, zest of, grated
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. Mix remaining ingredients into flour mixture.
3. Stir gently to blend.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Spray 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
6. Pour in batter.
7. Bake 50 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool 10 minutes and release from pan. Serve warm or cool.
