This is a delicious low-fat treat for a Sunday morning breakfast! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup oatmeal |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
1 1/2 cups skim milk |
1/2 cup applesauce |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. 2. In another bowl, mix all wet ingredients. 3. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the wet, and mix together. 4. Preheat waffle iron and coat with cooking spray. 5. Cook waffles in waffle iron. |
