good cookie high protein, low cal, low fat. You could add coconut/nuts/cocoa anything really. Ingredients:
2/3 cup wheat flour, whole grain |
1/3 cup protein powder |
1/2 cup splenda granular |
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/4 tsp salt |
1/2 cup applesauce, unsweetened |
2 egg whites |
1/2 tsp vanilla |
3/4 cup oatmeal,quick, uncooked |
1/3 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. mix dry, mix wet, mix together add oatmeal and raisins. Bake 375F 8-10 minutes. |
