This is an adopted recipe. I haven't made it yet, but I will soon and will then update it with any necessary changes. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
1 cup egg substitute |
1/3 cup applesauce |
1/2 cup light corn syrup |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 3/4 cups rolled oats |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients. 2. Stir in rasins and nuts. 3. Drop tbsp on a baking sheet. 4. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minute Let cool. |
