Low-Fat/Nonfat Mayo Substitute Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese |
1 tsp lemon juice |
1 tbsp milk |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender until smooth. 2. I use this instead of mayo. Especially nice for salmon salad or tuna salad. 3. I think I am going to try to add HV ranch seasoning or italian season and try it for a dip or dressing. |
