Low Fat, Low Sodium, Low Carb Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Great for a snack or as a breakfast!
Ingredients:
1 c apple sauce, unsweetened
2/3 c peanut butter
1/4 c brown sugar substitute
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
4 c quick-cook oats
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, heat peanut butter, apple sauce and brown sugar substitute.
2. Add in vanilla and cinnamon.
3. Mix in oats and remove from heat.
4. Spread in the bottom of a baking/casserole dish.
5. Cool overnight and cut into bars.
