Yummy Quiche with lots of flavor and vitamins Ingredients:
1 cup egg beaters |
1 cup egg whites |
1 cup skim milk |
3 cups spinach, cooked, chopped |
1/2 cup reduced fat cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms |
170 g roasted vegetables |
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced |
1/2 cup fat free sour cream |
1 slice bread, cubed |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, milk, sour cream 2. Stir all other ingredients into egg mixture 3. pour into large pie plate 4. Bake at 350 for about an hour |
