A yummy and healthy take on all-time favorite! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 egg whites |
1 cup bananas, mashed well |
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix dry ingredients, then add, eggs, applesauce, and bananas. Pour into greased baking pan and bake 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Turn out onto rack, let cool 10 minutes. Makes 12 Servings |
